General Policies
Non-Refundable Rate: Payment of the total amount of the reservation must be made at the time of booking.
Flexible Rate: Payment for the total amount of the reservation must be made directly at the hotel upon arrival.
Guarantee policy: Credit card must be provided as a guarantee at the time of booking. The reservation is only valid after confirmation by Porta Nobre – Exclusive Living Hotel.
Cancellation policy: The flexible rate booking can be canceled or changed 2 days in advance, without any additional costs.
Any cancellation/modification after this period implies the charge of the number of nights corresponding to half of the minimum stay, and the minimum charge corresponds to one night, as a cancellation fee. In case of no-show or early departure will be charged in full.
NOTE: Pre-authorization on the credit card provided to guarantee the reservation.
Extra bed or sofa bed: 50€ per person.
Free for children up to 12 years old.
Extra bed subject to confirmation by the Hotel.
Free cot (upon confirmation) up to 2 years old.
No Smoking in the entire Hotel.
Pets are not allowed on the premises of the building.
